awesome

it was so great my family liked everything, the bed and pillows are comfy, the huge swimming pool, and the staff they more than amazing.

- it's just some visitors who stay in our room they are noisy and put the Indian songs so loud!! wish that to tell people it's not allowed in the nighttime to do like that otherwise every of the hotel it's amazing

it was above my expectations.

I enjoyed my stay and if I return to Thailand, I am staying at this location. the room was exquisite and very comfortable. the location was very close to beautiful outlets i.e. malls etc. the food was amazing at the restaurants.

the comfort of the room, close to outlets. atm at the hotel, Indian food at the hotel and affordability of taxi. washing close and its folded and prep for your return. the staff was also very awesome.

It´s close to the beach, and walking street

the swimming pool looks like super blue clean, but on the bottom were green settlings and when we jumped into the swimming pool the settlings stir up and the pool was really mes with green water.

Needs improvement in staff behaviour

All in all a good property but front desk staff was extremely poor in terms of helping the customer especially when they are travelling from different country.

We liked all and the facilities, morning breakfast, the staff, the Hotel image and the room sizes, all exceeded our expectations

The access to our rooms could be updated, the doors are not easy to access and could be looled at. We did have to move rooms because our door was broken.

The view was good from the room. breakfast was good

There was lots of noise at night from ground floor. The motorcycle gang was reving their bikes. The pillows in the room were very hard. we asked for replacement and they said they dont have any more pillows

Theft in my room!!! non-reactive staff!!

I used to book in this hotel but what a surprise when when I return at the end of the afternoon I see that the door of my room is open and that some of my belongings have been stolen. The reception staff do not want to hear anything and do nothing to help me !! It is not normal that my room which was however closed is open in my absence !! I am very disappointed with the non-responsiveness of the staff.

fabulous breakfast and nice swimmingpool

The shower is very short . Only children are able to stand under the shower . Overall the room looks clean but is not .

I liked the look of the hotel from outside.

The property wasn’t clean, they also wanted to charge me for the broken door handle that I didn’t broke, from the staff only cleaning lady was nice, receptionist weren’t. The location is not so good, you need to walk 15min to interesting points.

Getting in the taxi to leave

Some staff members were not very polite. Fridge did not work when I reported it they told me it was fine. Room had electric faults and sparks were seen shooting from the power points. Light switches were falling off the wall. Breakfast was ok but really didn’t have to much to offer. The hotel attracts scummy guests that can be heard yelling and screaming all hours of the night. The hotel has gone down hill since my last stay a few years ago.

Lavish breakfast and beautiful room

Beautiful swimming pool. Very lavish breakfast till 11am almost everything included like buffet lunch. 10 14mins walk from walking street and pattaya beach. Everything good and great in the hotel. Beautiful and big rooms

Only Property is good.️

The property is no doubt good nice clear big rooms.... but the whole place is so dull n lonely not many people around ... even in the hotel very less staff ... staff is not at all friendly .... also the property is at little isolated location u wont find many option for taxi, also not many shops around.... neither good massage centers.....if you coming with your family and not having a car its a no no because the taxi guys outside hotel ask for lot of money and with kids the walking street is not at walking distance.....

Cheap but not really recommended

Price was rather low for the location and the peak time. Good space for three people.

There was no tissue in the room. When we asked, we were just provided toilet paper. We wanted to enjoy hot bath but there was no bath plug so we could not enjoy that. Toilet flush was very weak so we had to ask for maintenance engineer to fix that after we checked in. Strange odor in the room, maybe mosquito repeller. Nothing special to eat for breakfast. We were driving but we wanted to take Songthaew to enjoy drinking alcohol, but not many Songthaew passing on the street in front of the hotel. Only two sets of amenities were provided although we booked a triple room. Staff brough extra when he came to fix the toilet.
